Indigo Child

Hong Kong is strange. I noticed they have a lot of art exhibits that usually would go in museums or galleries in other countries end up in shopping malls or office complexes here. I ran into this Carrie Chau exhibition while shopping in Times Square:

Adidas: "Sport in Art"

Last night I attended an opening at the Opera Gallery for Adidas sponsored exhibit called "Sport in Art".

There was lots of Moët

And there was a sculpture of a big boobed chick

And a sculpture of a stretched out man sitting on a bench

And a runner painted on top of a photo of a naked Asian chick (I bet this artist has an Asian fetish!)

And mobile of flying military man birds!

My Foray into the Arts

I went to Matilda's last Sunday expecting to play tennis, but instead I come over, and she says to me,"We decided to stay in because it might rain and oil paint. Would you like a canvas?" I told her sure, and she handed me a canvas, and next thing I know I was attempting to paint a Russian doll. I've never oil painted before and I didn't have time to finish, so it's still a work in progress:

I even got paint on my face!

My unfinished masterpiece!
